I got a flat tire in Grand Forks ND on a Sunday afternoon on my way home to Vancouver Island BC, about 1500 miles away. I appeared on Tire One's doorstep first thing Monday morning. The staff was friendly and professional, and in spite of the disruption to their schedule, their main concern was to get me back on the road home as soon as possible. The tire had been cut and it required skillful work to install a patch. It would have been so easy for them to say "sorry, can't patch the cut" and sell me two very expensive tires instead of doing a $60 repair. 110% rating to Tire One for their honesty, integrity and top-notch business ethics. If I lived in Grand Forks, Tire One would certainly be getting all my business.

Visiting Grand Forks from Winnipeg and while there we had a nail in our tire. Flat as a pancake. The folks at Tire One fixed us up quickly and sent us on our way in a very short time at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thanks Tire One for the prompt and excellent service.
