I was referred to Tire One by the company that normally sells me tires in Grand forks. My truck desperately needed an alignment, and I was able to make an appointment well in advance since it's a hundred miles away from us. They actually got us into the shop earlier than the appointment, and finished well within the time allotted. I know that it was a difficult task, because the tie rod ends were rusted badly, and had to be heated in order to remove them. In spite of the extra work, there wasn't an extra charge. In fact I even received a discount. I was not only satisfied with the work performed and the time in which it was done, but also very impressed. I've had previous experiences at different Tire One locations that have not been quite so satisfying. These folks are grade A Number one as far as I'm concerned.
